There are two types of Server Transfers: 'Transfer to a Partner's Server' and 'Transfer to a General Server'.
1. Transfers to a Partner's Server are only available during the exclusive Partner's Server transfer period, and you can only transfer from a General or Partner's Server to a 'Partner's Server'.
2. Transfers to a General Server are only available during the exclusive General Server transfer period, and you can only transfer from a General or Partner's Server to a 'General Server'.
